OUR APPROACH
Title examinations require expertise. The quality of the title examination has a direct correlation to the number of title insurance claims
you experience. Maintaining a quality team of examiners is not easy. Keeping a team of quality examiners fully utilized is not
the core competency of your business. Managing, compensating and reviewing the work of an examination team is also a full-time
job. Your business model is not based on the title examination business. Our's is!
OUR SOLUTION
Our focus is on the success of our customers. We want you to come to us, and only us, for all your title requirements.
We work on an order by order basis, through a contractual agreement , a volume/discount structure, as partners
with your search teams or as your exclusive title examination and closing provider. We have strict company Service Levels of Performance and
customer-collaborative Service Level Agreements to ensure your success.
HOW WE WORK - SMART AND HARD
We perform your simple searches and the most difficult examinations. We want all your exams!
We schedule counties that do not 'touch' Jefferson County on a twice a week basis - unless you have an emergency!
When you have a question, you can contact the examiner or The Records Room team for resolution.
Our examiners know the records, the nuances and the history of the counties they perform examinations.
The Records Room support system is built on industry proven data base search, archive and retrieval technologies.
The Records Room data and document archives date to the early 1970’s.
The Records Room land records include physical documents and microfilm that date back to the original Kentucky land grants.
Our automated search tools contain index, image and multimedia data bases that are updated daily, weekly and monthly, based on the availability of
the data.
COLLABORATION - EVERYONE HAS ACCESS
The Records Room is built around our own, interactive tool set. Our “Work Bench” includes data warehouse search tools,
SMARTdoc document generators, digital media management and playback tools, customer document and file management support,
security management, and user-defined access and views.
Workflow management and customer notification tools provide our customers with immediate access
to the status of their orders-in-process, access to their completed orders, downloading tools and secured access
to their historical orders.
The Records Room employs multiple encryption methods, system firewalls and data firewalls to provide the best available levels of data security
and data confidentiality for our customers, our customer's clients, our partners, and our associates.

WE DELIVER
Searcher’s notes, worksheets, copies of recorded documents, probate documents and court documents.
Where available, copies of tax bills, delinquent tax history reports and assessor reports are also included in your packet.
Additional options include: Formally prepared reports in multiple formats. Custom formatting is available upon request.
Our Partners have secured access to eTitle.com’s Records Room archives. Included in this access are printable and downloadable files
of the partners historical deliverables including electronic abstracts in TIFF, XML, SMARTDoc, MS Word, PDF or Word Perfect formats
